USEFUL ANSWERS

Here are some helpful answers to frequently asked questions.

Why doesn't the cream contain any fragrances?

The impact of Swiss Cream is based on the skin-identical matrix structure which supports and builds up the natural skin barrier. At the same time, nurturing ingredients can be introduced into the skin more effectively. Since fragrances are frequently allergy-triggering, they are not used in Swiss Cream.

Why does the cream not mix well with my make-up / sun cream?

Swiss Cream is made up of a matrix structure which was designed to replicate the skin. Therefore, the use of emulsifiers can be dispensed with completely. Standard make-up or sun cream products are based on droplet emulsions which contain emulsifiers. These destroy the lamellar structure of Swiss Cream, small clumps are formed. Try to use gel-based oil-free products where possible.

How can I tell if there has been an improvement in the skin's protective barrier?

Usually you will notice after just a few uses during daily cleansing that the skin is covered with a pleasant thin layer of oil. This is not shiny, you will only feel it during cleansing. This is a clear sign that your protective acid layer has improved and build itself up. The skin no longer dries out so quickly and environmental toxins cannot penetrate so easily any more.

Why is the day cream oilier than the night cream?

Swiss Cream's lamellar matrix structure supports the natural skin barrier and helps in building it up. Daily protection against damaging environmental influences is therefore a focal point in daytime skincare. At night, the skin should recover and regenerate. Swiss Cream Night Repair is therefore a lighter cream enriched with soothing substances such as aloe.

Can I use the Night Repair for daytime skincare?

Of course!

If you find the day cream (Anti-Ageing) too rich, you can use the Night Repair Cream as your daily skincare product at any time. Conversely, if your skin needs more nurturing at night, use the Anti-Ageing cream as night cream also. Your skin and your well-being determine what you need.
